I am thankful for...

Today, I wanted to acknowledge and celebrate all the reasons why I am blessed and why I should be thankful. When we have those not-so-good-days, we often ignore the positive side of things or situations or even people. And yes, when you noticed, negativity is draining. It is a waste of time and energy. Easy to say right? But yeah I will try harder. :)
So for my list, I wanted it to be random, the things or experiences or people that I encounter everyday. I have a lot in mind and I just want it to flow freely.

One blessed day.

I had a slow morning. Problems, obligations and trials are all flooding my head. I prayed for help. I asked Daddy to help me too. He never left me. I know, always. I got a phone call after lunch, client meeting at 5pm. On my way driving alone, I talked to Daddy like how we used to and I poured all my thoughts to him. And again, I prayed. And I got a big blessing, closed the deal.
Thank you Lord for never leaving me. Thank you Daddy for always watching over me.
I am truly blessed.

While waiting...

There are a lot of things that I am waiting for and sometimes I admit, I am impatient most of the times. I want to remember that God is in charged and He is the scriptwriter and the director of my life so I am leaving everything to Him.
He is in-charged of my life.

One best Sunday.

We went North to South for our newest inaanak Ezza Allexie :) And after the reception my sister and I were asking each other where to buy pasalubong for Mommy. I am a big fan of Buko Pie until Erna & Ate Liz told us that El Mare's good. We finally found the biggest branch in Laguna and it took us a while to decide which to buy because there's a lot of choices. :) Buko Bibingka Pie caught my eye but my Sister doesn't like it, she was eyeing the assorted box but I don't like the fruity pies that comes with the assortment. So we finally decided to buy Macapuno Pie for PhP 170 if I remembered it right. When we finally dig in, it was BTS (better than s*x) as we describe it! LOL!!!
It is really the best and I can't wait to try their other flavors!!! :)

Pamper-me-day :))

It's been a while since I had a hair treatment. Rebond was last January and I feel that my hair is lifeless.
Aimee (my highschool bestfriend) & I started our day really early. Meeting with a tour group and I have a client call as well. I have to drive from a place to another, plus it is really hot and humid today. Weird. My head is throbbing since after lunch and so I feel exhausted. Aimee on the other hand feels the same so we decided to treat ourselves to a massage, scrub, hair cut, hair color and the works; but because we still have work to do, we just have like 2 hours for everything. Impossible. So we just had our hair cut and a cellophane. And we were happy.

I want to go back to blogging, I checked my blog (pinturademivida) and unfortunately I cannot remember my password. How does that sound? :( So here, my new baby, The chronicles of a Pinay Globetrotter.
I have been formulating the whole day of the best words to describe what I want to depict in this blog; traveling, beautiful beaches, lovely things, nifty ideas, adventures, food and all the things that a life of a wanderer can be.
